Excellent service ! J'ai été très bien accueilli et prise en charge. Dans le temps de le dire, ils sont su me mettre en confiance et calmer mon stress de fou !! Elles sont été toutes TRÈS gentilles et professionnelles. Elles sont été aussi très patiente...car ce n'est pas tjr évident à comprendre. Sans compter, qu'elles ont faites ce petit extra dont elles n'étaient pas obliger de faire après quelques années qui a suivi mes services avec eux. J'ai parlé aussi avec d'autres personnes qui ont eu recourt à d'autres compagnies qui offre ce genre de même services et j'ai constaté que j'avais certainement fait le bon choix de prendre Ginsberg Gingras !Merci à Toute l'Équipe !!

The service in all was great but I will emphasize particularly on the agent that assisted me was empathetic and made my shame alot less felt while we exchanged options and follow-ups. I felt being understood and that most cases, fact of life may alter our good intentions for carrying out everyday unforseen events which us take unbearable decisions which may affect not only our pride but our ego for failure. And there the wonderful person assisted with the utmost importance at the moment and not just doing a job but sharing the load so to speak. So thank you for that person and for the team.
