Ive been. loyal member to this box for seven years. Through covid and three different ownerships personally brought in multiple new members who still pay and train there today. After a few years I was offered a trade agreement by a previous owner. Which this current owners did honor.However, since the change in ownership, the professionalism and integrity of this gym have completely disappeared. The new owners have no experience running a business and have handled matters with immaturity and bias. My membership was terminated immediately in direct retaliation for an issue that had absolutely nothing to do with me.The environment has become divided and unwelcoming. If you are not Spanish, you will not be treated fairly or included. The coaching culture has also become inappropriate, with some coaches more focused on inappropriate behavior with members than on actual coaching.After seven years of loyalty and support, I am extremely disappointed. What used to be a great fitness community has turned into an unprofessional and toxic environment.Thanks for a the feedback I unfortunately couldn’t get a response when we did this 1 on 1.
