I started at this gym after years and years of dieting and feeling frustrated that I wasn’t seeing the results I was looking for. Within just two months, I’ve already started to see a noticeable change in my body, and that has been incredibly motivating!I’m excited to see what’s to come and to continue reaching my goals. The staff is wonderful, supportive, and welcoming, and the gym is always clean and well maintained.I’m so glad I decided to start this journey here!

Dropped in a couple times while traveling last month. Super simple and responsive experience. Appreciated how friendly and communicative the staff was with my questions and swinging in. Great workouts and good vibes.

I was on vacation in Buffalo and dropped in for a week, and LCA was an incredible experience from start to finish. The coaches were knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled at tailoring to all strength levels. The members were genuinely welcoming and encouraging, creating an environment where everyone—regardless of experience, age, or fitness level—felt like they belonged. The workouts were tough, fun, and extremely well-programmed, and I looked forward to coming back every day. If you're a beginner or advanced, looking for a CrossFit gym or just a community of people who want to be stronger and healthier, I can't recommend this place enough!
