I’ve taken courses in communications before, but Williams offering on “communicating for change” was the best! It was so inspiring, challenging, applicable to the talks I was writing in a myriad of ways, and just plain fun. I deeply appreciated the last assignment we had to send a video of a talk we had given and the quick evaluation response back to me from William. It’s hard to improve your speaking without someone willing to be honest in evaluating you. William provided that and it was a good incentive to grow. I will definitely incorporate all I learned from this five month course into all my future speaking assignments.
