Got a phone quote of $240 for a bedroom set + some boxes based on photos. Crew arrives and immediately says “that’s $360.” After they start loading, foreman comes over and says actually it’s $490 because of “disposal fees and labor.” I felt trapped because they’d already loaded half my stuff. This is classic bait-and-switch. Quote means nothing to them.

Booked them for a garage cleanout last Saturday, 8-10am window. Confirmed the day before. I waited until noon and nobody came. Called their number 6 times — straight to voicemail. Sent texts, no reply. They finally answered Monday and said “we were overbooked” but won’t return my $50 deposit. Had to take another day off to deal with this. Completely unreliable.
