We had a great experience with Aquapools. I was a little skeptical of all of the good reviews I read before work began. However, our installation was just as positive as the other posts. We encountered a little bit of longer timeline than some, but that was due to a holiday weekend and April rains disrupting electrical and the city inspection pieces. We would rate both the process (including construction and front office communications) and the final product as stellar.

Very informative went over the process step-by-step. Their people were top-notch. Did a beautiful job with the pool, spa, and water wall feature. The concrete around the pool is exceptional.

Our experience was great with Aquapools when it comes to communication, product delivery and speed of delivery of the end product. Our sales person was JP and he was amazing to work with, very responsive and the bid that was given to us originally included all fees. We worked directly with Angela from the office side and she was very communicative and very helpful specially with all questions related to city inspections. Lastly, Jason did our pool school training and he is amazing with all the information he provided us.
