UPDATE:Josalyn came in and saved the day. She handled the issues and kept the communication going until everything was completed. I was always happy with the pool just felt the lack of communication did the company and myself a disservice. I truly appreciate her and the team handling my issues and now we are ready to enjoy our pool!!I love my pool but the service has been horrible. The sales man is no longer with the company and no one seems to know anything. I paid out of pocket $1800 for a backwash?!? Something the city required and I still haven’t got that done been waiting over 2 months for answers and keep getting the run around. Everything started off great but the service end is sad!!!

Wonderful and quick experience! We have had many different types of pools in the past and have stuck with Fiberglass as our ultimate favorite. When looking for a Fiberglass company most of them didn't come near to the service and speed of AquaPools. Donavan and Ruben came to see our property and gathered everything we wanted for our pool and even answered all of our concerns. This was by far the best experience we have had and YES, OUR POOL WAS FINISHED IN 14 DAYS! The project team was on top of everything and every move. It even rained a little and though that would push it back some, but it did not. Thankfully it dried in time for the work to continue without a hitch. We ordered the Ovation 26 in Santorini Sky and we added the electric pool heater to continue to enjoy the pool into the winter. We were also surprised by the cost as it was WAY lower than our previous pools and we got a great deal. If we ever have to do this again we will definitely have AquaPools do it for us! Thanks for the great service and the care you continue to take towards our purchase.

Jason with aqua pools came out to give us insight on how the whole process would work of getting a fiber glass in ground pool installed. He was great at communicating and answering any questions we had From there everything landed in place so quickly , from start to finish we were so impressed with how quick and how professional each contractor was! The install was so fast and easy, the pool cleaning and class was very simple and we are more than grateful to be enjoying our pool all summer long! I would recommend to everyone looking to get a pool!
