Got a wax and a massage - staff were so friendly and the quality of service for the price was genuinely amazing! Highly recommend for anyone lookkng for these treatments in west end (:The wax was quick and painless and very effective, almost a week later and I'm still hairless with no ingrowns or bumps at all! I was initially a bit nervous to get my sensitive areas waxed but the woman who served me was so friendly, professional, and super efficient - the wax was essentially painless and done to such a high quality 🌟 I know now that there's no need to be nervous, the treatment was conducted with such care and with such good quality products that I'm actually excited to come back to get my next one 😁The massage was also great, very relaxing and my muscles felt amazing afterwards! I also had asked to focus on a specific area of my body and that request was readily followed, both a relaxing experience while also being a strong enough massage that my tensions were eased ❤️I didn't get the name of the lovely indian woman who served me last time but I will update this review with her details in the future because she deserves recognition for the great treatment I received and I definitely will be back 😁❤️

I did the eyebrow tint, wax, and eyelash tint. It looked amazing and my waxer Andrea was so kind, did a great job, and was super accommodating. My sister had a last minute appointment canceled and she welcomed us right in. Great experience!

I have been a regular customer to this salon for the past 3 months. I get my wax done by Sejal who is absolutely amazing. The wax is painless, she takes her time and is thorough to ensure no hair is left! She is incredibly sweet and friendly and makes the appointment feel like a catch up between friends. I cannot recommend this salon or Sejal enough!! I would give 10 stars if I could
