I absolutely loved this class and Vinnettes teaching style and her constant help and answering and going over again all the things I needed to. I loved the environment and everyone in the class it felt like a family and kinda sad that it was over. Even though it was only 2 weeks, I will remember that class for the rest of my life it truely was a great experience.

I do recommend Garden State Real Estate Academy for anyone interested in taking a real estate course. The instructor is tremendously knowledgeable of the subject matter and brings real life experience to the classroom. The team at Garden State Real Estate Academy are very helpful and supportive. They provide you with information that you will definitely need to pass the state exam. In addition, they are there to help during the course and to answer any questions you may have after exiting the school. The six weeks I spent with the academy were enlightening, challenging, and full of fun. I was never bored. My instructor had so many great stories to tell related to the field and gave us more insight on what we needed to know and helped us to have a better understanding of the field and the content we were learning. I will surely go back for any continuing education requirements to keep my license in good standing. Once I get my license. By the way, this school has a very high success rate in relation to students passing the course. It is worth your money and time.

I just completed my coursework with Garden State Real Estate Academy and passed my final. I feel very prepared and eager to sit for my NJ State Licensing exam. I believe the coursework was presented very well, by our Instructor Shannon Obermann. The slides that were used, came directly from our books and Shannon provided real world scenarios, from her own experience. This made it particularly interesting as we could relate our bookwork directly to what we may experience once we are in the field.Now that I have passed my final, my attention is now directed to the Study Guide books and Math Questions book. If you are considering a career in Real Estate I believe Garden State Real Estate Academy is the place to start.

My experience at Garden State Real Estate Academy has been a great experience for me. I give it a 4/5. Only because I feel like we learned a lot of chapters in a short amount of time. But my instructor Ms.Rich aka Vinette Rich was amazing! I definitely recommend going into class instead of doing it online you will take in a lot more, and it will be less stressful on you. Overall the class was great, and I’m glad I took the time to do it!
