I am writing this with immense gratitude for the exceptional, kind, considerate, and caring treatment I received from Dr. Naveen Kurudi and Dr. Swetha Budda at Cross Keys Dental.The staff here is absolutely fantastic. Lisa, the Office Manager, was very quick with running my insurance and clearly explaining my out-of-pocket expenses. Asia at the front desk was incredibly lively and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, and accommodating a last-minute cancellation.A special mention goes out to the wonderful dental assistants. Courtney was so kind and considerate in seating and preparing me on my first day. On the day of my extraction, Louann and Omayra were fantastic. Omayra was wonderfully kind and professional, and Louann offered some great insight, suggesting that an atraumatic extraction is the best approach because it is good for the assistants, the doctor, and most importantly, the patient!It was Dr. Kurudi and Dr. Budda who truly saved the day and made this highly stressful dental emergency manageable. Dr. Kurudi is an absolute gentleman. When he learned I was in immense pain, he gave me a short-notice appointment and carefully reviewed my case. Even though he could have done the root canal himself, he correctly advised me not to get one if the tooth was fractured, and referred me to an endodontist. His diagnosis was perfect—it was indeed fractured, meaning I needed an extraction on very short notice that exact same day.Normally, given my condition, Dr. Budda would have recommended me to an oral surgeon. But since I was in such severe pain, she stepped in to help provide immediate relief. She performed the atraumatic extraction so professionally and took extraordinary care to ensure I wasn't in any discomfort whatsoever.I cannot thank Dr. Kurudi and Dr. Budda enough for their expertise, honesty, and compassion. If you need a dental practice you can trust, I highly recommend them!

I have been a Patient with Cross Keys Dental for many Years now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I have moved Fifty Miles away since I first started going there and still do the Drive.Dr Kuruddi and Dr Budda and of course Their incredible courteous and Friendly Staff make the ‘Time for the Dentist’ trip much easier to attend. I consider this Group as Friends , They won’t disappoint. The relaxed atmosphere makes Me at ease in whatever I need to get done..All the challenges in changing Doctors since moving this is one I will definitely make the trip because People like this are just to hard to find.

The dentist and staff are so caring, gentle and treat you just like family! We have had the best experience with them. If you have a dental emergency they are very quick to get up in for an appointment and taken care of. If you have extreme dental anxiety they are very good with help calming you down and the dentist is so gentle. I can not say enough about how great they are!

I got a cracked tooth three days ago. And nobody was really willing to help me until I went to one of my last results. Dr. Budda seriously cares about her patients.
