Airspect Air arrived on time this moring. Issac and ? (great guy... I am just terrible with names) installed 1 x new unit and moved an exisiting unit. The two guys were super smart and throughtful. They had to problem-solve several a tricky location issues, and think ahead in prep for an upcoming renovation. We are very very happy with the level of service and standard of workmanship. (bonus they cleaned up outside and in!!!) .Note: the quoting process was also seamless ... again smart guy with good ideas. Happy all round.

We have a unit we rent out in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. Airspect was recommended by a neighbour who happily used them. They came and quoted. Eventually our old aircon failed and we called Airspect who installed way quicker than we expected. We actually could not be there and trusted them to do a good job. We were very impressed dealing with Brady and the result is very professional. He took every initiative to do a great job even though we were not there. He was a good communicator. This is a company you can trust.

The techs arrived right on time and were very polite and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing, how they were completing the install and assured us they would leave the rooms clean and tidy - which they certainly did! It was a great experience with Airspect overall 😁
