Talked to Frank about my taxes for the first time in 2020, he had advice on how to structure my real estate business. In early 2021 when he completed my taxes for the first time, it was not incredibly difficult, he collected the forms, asked questions and completed my taxes based on my answers. There was a lot that I didn't know but that he was clearly the subject matter expert on and took care of it-- depreciation, expenses, mileage, home office, etc. For early 2022, he had a packet prepared with all the questions double checking if anything had changed since last year. He had a list of the previous forms I had sent him from the year before, made the second year much easier and with only one email chain and maybe 4 emails back and forth, my taxes were completed. I recommend Frank.
