As a Project Manager with Key International, I have worked with PLS Parking Lot Services on multiple hotel projects throughout Florida.Before working with PLS, we met with and reviewed several different vendors. After completing our first project with them, we knew we had found the right team and have continued working with them since.They have completed sealcoating, crack repairs, restriping, concrete repairs, curbs, ADA areas, crosswalks, and other parking lot improvements for us at multiple hotels, including our Hampton by Hilton in Destin and properties in New Smyrna Beach.What stands out most is how well they understand the hospitality industry. Sam Hyde, our project manager, and the entire PLS team do an excellent job coordinating with hotel operations to minimize disruption to guests and the property. They work around our schedules, communicate extremely well, and keep everyone informed from start to finish.Every project we have completed with them has stayed on schedule and has been well coordinated. If anything needs attention after the work is complete, they respond quickly and take care of it.Sam and the entire PLS team consistently go above and beyond to meet our requirements and scheduling needs. As a member of the Board of Directors for our Condominium Association, I am writing this to provide an accurate account of the recent work performed by Parking Lot Services (PLS Paving). We recently contracted them for a sealcoating and striping project, and we are incredibly pleased with the professional results.​I specifically want to address a recent one-star review posted by a owner at our property. That review is unfortunately invalid and based on a total misunderstanding of the project. First, the review was posted before the work was even completed. Second, we did not contract for a full repavement; we hired them specifically for maintenance—sealing and restriping.​Any remaining cracks in the surface are normal for the age of the asphalt and were not part of the scope we authorized or paid for. It is unfair to penalize a contractor for not performing work they weren't hired to do, especially before they had even finished the job.​Parking Lot Services (PLS Paving) executed the project perfectly. The lot looks refreshed, the lines are sharp, and the team was professional throughout. On behalf of the Board, I want to apologize to the company for the misleading negative feedback from a resident who was not privy to the contract details. We highly recommend their services.
