As a member of the Board of Directors for our Condominium Association, I am writing this to provide an accurate account of the recent work performed by Parking Lot Services (PLS Paving). We recently contracted them for a sealcoating and striping project, and we are incredibly pleased with the professional results.​I specifically want to address a recent one-star review posted by a owner at our property. That review is unfortunately invalid and based on a total misunderstanding of the project. First, the review was posted before the work was even completed. Second, we did not contract for a full repavement; we hired them specifically for maintenance—sealing and restriping.​Any remaining cracks in the surface are normal for the age of the asphalt and were not part of the scope we authorized or paid for. It is unfair to penalize a contractor for not performing work they weren't hired to do, especially before they had even finished the job.​Parking Lot Services (PLS Paving) executed the project perfectly. The lot looks refreshed, the lines are sharp, and the team was professional throughout. On behalf of the Board, I want to apologize to the company for the misleading negative feedback from a resident who was not privy to the contract details. We highly recommend their services.
