I had a huge dead pine tree in my back yard, nestled among a few other pines that were still alive. The dead one had to come down. I got estimates from several tree companies and I liked New East Tree, not to mention I liked the guy who came out (CJ) to do the estimate.The 4 guys who came out were prepared, efficient, and did a perfect clean up. They brought down the dead pine with minimal damage to its neighboring pines. I was really impressed. I highly recommend New East Tree Service!Oh, and by the way, they took that tree down in the cleverest way, which I had never seen before. Because it was tightly surrounded by other trees and couldn't be toppled, and in a spot where a large crane could not be used, they1) secured the top to neighboring trees to keep it vertical,2) then cut the trunk near the ground at a steep angle closer to the bottom so the rest of the tree would just slide off the stump and remain vertical, and3) repeated that until the top of the tree was still upright but resting on the ground.Brilliant! (At least to me!)

Leo and his team from New East Tree Services did an amazing job cutting and taking away several large pine trees. They were very professional in their work and took very good care of the premises. They were able to cut large trees from areas where the bucket lift could not be used. They were very flexible with additional service requests.
