The personal trainer was excellent and energizing, leaving me wanting to start Muay Thai kick boxing. I highly recommend this very clean and organized establishment! This place… If you’re looking to start out and feel unsure or anxiety about trying something new, your fears will be quickly washed away once you walk through the door. The owner Ben is an awesome guy, all of the instructors are really nice, very patient, and willing to help. So far I’ve been to two classes and going back tonight for my 3rd. The atmosphere is very welcoming and encourages you to jump right into the action and start learning. It’s just small enough in there that you get a lot of 1 on 1 time with instructors during drills helping you with technique, etc. which is great. With a big class I imagine that wouldn’t always be the case and you may fall by the wayside without being noticed. I recommend this gym to any newcomer to the art, or a seasoned competitor, and anyone in between. It’s got a family feel to this place and I look forward to continuing my journey here. Less
