Justin was amazing when it came to explaining the whole process to me when we lost our Trea baby of 17yrs. He was so compassionate and answered all the questions I had. He was prompt with texting me back and also took my call at almost 10pm when she finally passed. We brought Trea back home in a very timely manner and everything was perfect. I highly recommend precious memories Pet cremation when it comes to taking care of your loved fur babies.

Highly recommend! This was one of the lower priced facilities ($220) we saw and they were amazing during such a hard time. Very accommodating with any requests we had and squeezed us in super last minute and late at night when we were stressing. They provided a free tin urn but had lots of other options like picture frames and necklaces. Justin was so reassuring about the process and answered any questions we had without rushing us. He was so personable and kindhearted. Will be coming back for any future needs. Enjoy some pictures of our sweet Purdy girl❤️

Saying goodbye to our sweet golden retriever was one of the hardest things our family had to do. Thanks to Justin and Candice, they made that pain much easier to bear. The day we dropped her off, as a family, Justin was even able to get through the tears and broken heartedness of our 8yr old daughter and somehow pull out a smile amongst the sorrow. We truly can’t thank them enough and appreciate both of them so much.

We loved getting to work with Justin. He was a great support during the loss of our Spek. I know most people don't like snakes much but he made sure we knew he would care for her just the same as any other beloved pet. He made the entire process easy and as painless as possible.
