Highly recommend Justin in your difficult time of need. We unexpectedly lost our sweet girl and Justin came and got her, explained the process and even reached out to ask if we wanted some hair, her paw print and her nose print. When she was ready to be picked up he had her hair in its own container and provided us with a clay paw print and a stamped image of her nose along with a sweet card and offered us prayers during our difficult time.

It has taken me a couple months to write this post. We unexpectedly lost our Jak in August after almost 11 years. We are so grateful to have found Justin. He was so compassionate, respectful and kind. He provided us with peace during this difficult time and assured us that Jak would be well taken care of. Justin provided us with Jak’s ashes, his nose print, paw print & a sweet card for our family. I highly recommend Justin to care for your pets when they have passed. Justin, thank you for the kindness you showed my family. You’re truly one of a kind.

From start to finish was an amazing experience. Justin loves animals and shows the same compassion for others. He walks with you through the entire process while offering help, guidance and love, so you can rest assured that your pet is receiving the best. A few months ago, our pet cat Omar passed away unexpectedly. We found Justin and he was so kind, helpful, and comforting during the process. He explained how long the process would take very clear and informatively.We were never made to feel rushed or like we had a timetable to get things done. Justin was beyond helpful and we owe him much for what he did for us. Should the need arise we will use his service again.Thank you Justin, for sharing your space, compassion, and faith with us! It was a trying time and it was something we desperately needed during such a moment.

My cat Rooga passed away unexpectedly, and Justin made such a heartbreaking time a little easier. He was incredibly caring, personable, and compassionate, and he went above and beyond my expectations. We recently and unexpectedly lost both of our sweet dogs within 2 months of each other, Larkin and Bella. It was (still is at times) so hard. Justin, with Precious Memories, hands down made the awful situation more bearable. Very communicative, flexible with situations, and most importantly to us, so kind and compassionate. He goes above and beyond during the whole process and we are forever thankful for him.

This place was absolutely amazing. Had the pleasure of meeting Justin who made us feel 100 percent comfortable and stress free with all arrangements. With having our cat Jordan for 19 years when he passed it hit us like a lightning bolt. Justin made the whole grieving process easier. I will be taking my animals there from here on out and would recommend others to as well.
