My 17.5 yr furbaby Taz passed over Thanksgiving weekend. I was broken hearted. I searched Google for a cremation location. I came across Justin at Previous Memories. Justin came out to get my pup. He was so nice and professional. He promised to take good care of my boy. He answered all my questions and took extra care of my beloved furbaby. My 16 yr old furbaby Brandi decided to join her brother Taz on Memorial Day. I knew who I needed to call right away. Justin and his team are so professional and kind. As usual they took great care of Brandi. Both of my pups were my babies and I couldn't ask for better care taken of them and their remains. Tracey and I can not say enough about Justin and his support during this difficult time losing Luna. He took great care of our sweet girl and we will be forever grateful. Justin is extremely sweet and very touching. i was a few dollars short when i was picking up my cat, and he still made it happen. you can tell he really cares about his job the way he talks about it and the way he seems to genuinely care and talk to you, unlike other places i’ve been to where they just send you off. thank you for taking care of my sweet cat Shark and making her and i feel safe.

Our experience with Precious Memories was a light in a dark time. Justin was very kind and thoughtful during the entire process. He treated our beloved Newguy with love and tenderness. That meant the world to us.Newguy was such a blessing to me. He taught me that love and trust can be freely given. The day that I met him on the side of the road, during an ice storm, he just hopped right into my car when I called him. He loved me instantly and unconditionally.

We are very grateful for the kind, respectful and compassionate care we received from Justin. From the moment we walked in the door, Justin made sure all of our questions were answered and treated my husband, me and Murphy like we were the only ones who mattered on one of the saddest days of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog and family member was not easy but we are beyond happy with the choice we made to use Justin’s services. The nose print was breath taking and another detail of such excellent service. Thank you for caring for us so well!
