Maybe the best money I’ve ever spent. I’m in the process of building a new home and the builder didn’t make any efforts in protecting the home during a rain storm that lasted over a week. I had ASD Environmental come out for an inspection and they confirmed mold, of which I’m severely allergic to. Saved me a very costly mistake for me and my family. But not only that, Scott was extremely helpful and communicative along the process, and quick to jump through the hoops the builder required. He was great at answering texts and calls, and I felt like he had my back 100%. This service should absolutely be required for anyone purchasing a home. Apparently the state inspector didn’t catch it; the contract the pre-drywall inspector I was going to hire had in the fine print that he wasn’t responsible for finding mold. Don’t settle for regular inspections. Don’t gamble on your family’s health, give Scott and the team at ASD a call.

Scott and his crew were very professional! Scott replied quickly with an estimate for my crawlspace and went to work the next day! We needed a full encapsulation and had to replace the insulation.
