Subsequent to our enquiries with local neighbours who experienced a great experience with the installation of windows and doors, Roofriendly provided us with replacement doors, windows, facias, soffits, gutters, downpipes and installed new bi-fold doors to an extension at our last property. I could not be happier with the results.The entire Roofriendly Staff (sales to install) were very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and their clean up during and after the job was complete was excellent. Further, the ongoing support during the 10-year warranty is an exemplar service where other companies should take heed of and use as a guide on how to conduct good business.As a consequence of this, I told myself then that would definitely use them again if needed.Having recently moved to our next property; that time has come so, I followed up with a formal request to have a full replacement of windows, doors, bi-folds and facia boards to our new home.Particular mention is due to Hirz who has looked after us from the beginning of the process. He is very knowledgeable and gave honest feedback on our choices and made great recommendations.This kept us knowledgeable so that we could with certainty to make sound informed choices to commit to with confidence.We are yet to have to the work done but, given the 9-year history and what Hirz has done for us at this juncture of the proceedings, this has been a most positive experience and would highly recommend him and Roofriendly in general to all there as an excellent roofing company to engage and work with.

We have just been visited by Graeme for the site survey. He was quick friendly and professional. He was very thorough when explaining any minor issues etc. Job is scheduled for the end of the month, we're really looking forward to it now!Update: we've had the windows and front door done by Luke, who was an absolute superstar and perfectionist. All done in 3 days with no issues whatsoever. We were so pleased that we are now having a conservatory built as well. Highly recommended!Update 2nd August 2026:We have now had a conservatory, our windows, doors and most recently our gutters and facias replaced by Roofriendly. The gutters were done by Sirron and Joshua on one of the hottest days of the year and like all their work it has been completed to a really high standard. All the workman that have attended have been lovely blokes. Friendly, efficient, excellent at what they do and very tidy. Couldn't be happier.

Marion and Anita WalkerWe needed our French doors adjustment, we called them this morning and Jack came the same day and fixed it. He was extremely kind and very helpful. We told him that we were very pleased with the workmanship as we couldn’t close the French doors the night before, now both doors close perfectly. We would highly recommend Roofriendly to anyone needing windows and doors installed as all the staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t be more grateful for Jack coming the same day to sort out our doors 😃
