Well so far my experience of Roofriendly has been very pleasant. The salesman wash very good at explaining everything to us .As for Graeme very good at his job, he knows he job very well. As for his fetish over doors 10/10 thacks Greame for the front door,even the daughter noticed when she got home how well the door shuts now .Just can't wait for the windows to be fitted now .

Visited by an experienced surveyor, Graeme, today prior to fitting. In keeping with all their staff, not only did he give us a comprehensive and thorough survey, but in addition, he also diagnosed an ongoing issue with a 12 year old extension (small leak) - the survey essential and the peace of mind priceless.

Doors and windows already installed but needed some adjustment. Jack came today to do the job. He was friendly, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.He made an improvement that was over and above his call of duty. Today we placed an order for a front door with Justin. Lovely polite young man, not pushy and explained everything thing clearly. 6 to 8 week wait which is perfectly acceptable. Finance easy to sort out. I will add a picture and add to this review when the door is fitted. Thank you Justin.

Would like to say that both Mike and Graham were most pleasant and helpful people l have dealt with and could not have asked for anything more. Would say the whole experience could not have been bettered.
