Suzanne and Deirdre were awesome to deal with! I first met Suzanne when she moved me into my prior residence in 2006 (originally 2nd floor, but moved up to the attic in '07) in a house in Montclair, before it was gentrified. Come 2021, house sells and new owner demanded I vacate after 15 years there. Having no plans to move prior to this, the idea of relocating from my home of so long was heart-breaking, but Suzanne came in and saved the day! Her personality and sense of humor are on point! She's funny as hell and really helped me laugh on the day of the open house, as I was shedding many tears as those with dollar signs in their eyes trampled my beloved home. While it’s incredibly difficult to articulate how grateful we are for Katie, key points are: 1. Katie works extremely hard, and she’s beyond exceptional at her work. We saw ~30 houses with her in only a few weeks time, and whenever we requested an appointment, she seemed to have one scheduled within 15 minutes of us asking. She’s unbelievably responsive and supportive. She quickly got to know what we were looking for, and helped us find it. 2. Katie is incredibly honest. There’s no sales pitch here. When you’re walking through a home with her, you feel like you’re walking through with an extremely well-educated friend who knows what to look out for. She’s a real, genuine person who is helping you try to find your home. Your goals are her goals. She never tried to talk us into settling, she was always upbeat, positive, and ready to forge ahead. There were some upsets (understandably, in this market, in Montclair), and her warmth and confidence honestly got us through it. We dealt with a number of out-there situations during our home buying process, and Katie always knew what to do. She was just amazing, cool, calm, collected. And she always got it handled and done.
