Shaylee has been absolutely amazing during each and every transaction from the beginning until the present time, I always feel good knowing that she’s on the other end and know that the task is done professionally as well as accurately. My five star review is solely because of her, although we have had some really good caregivers for my mother and father she exceeds the call of duty . Thank you for having such an amazing employee. I came to Essential Care in a but of an emergency situation, my father who is blind and elderly had been doing well living on his own until he quickly wasn't. Living out of state it be became imperative to find a 24/7 care solution for him quickly. From reaching out to Essential Care we had a meeting with Devin on Friday to find out of they would be a good fit and by Sunday they had 24/7 care in place. We used Essential for just over 3 months until I was able to move my dad closer to family. I'm super thankful to all of Essential Care from the careers, to Denise(the Care Coordinator), the office & scheduling staff everyone was a pleasure to work with especially when dealing with a couple of medical emergencies. The communication and care from everyone involved was so very much appreciated. It was great for him to have the same careers week to week as he got to know them and form connection. I would highly recommend Essential Care to anyone in the Las Vegas area. Less
