I came to Essential Care in a but of an emergency situation, my father who is blind and elderly had been doing well living on his own until he quickly wasn't. Living out of state it be became imperative to find a 24/7 care solution for him quickly. From reaching out to Essential Care we had a meeting with Devin on Friday to find out of they would be a good fit and by Sunday they had 24/7 care in place. We used Essential for just over 3 months until I was able to move my dad closer to family. I'm super thankful to all of Essential Care from the careers, to Denise(the Care Coordinator), the office & scheduling staff everyone was a pleasure to work with especially when dealing with a couple of medical emergencies. The communication and care from everyone involved was so very much appreciated. It was great for him to have the same careers week to week as he got to know them and form connection. Best in home care agency I’ve used in Las Vegas, other companies kept missing shifts, my Dad needed somebody there to cook and clean for him and help him with showering, using the restroom and making sure he doesn’t have any falls. After using essential care for a couple months they are top tier. The care givers remind him to take his medicine and stay hydrated they also encourage him to take his vitamins and do his PT exercises and go on walks. Without someone there to encourage him my dad health would suffer immensely Thank God for essential care. Less
