They were VERY nice people and we were very comfortable with them. The project is not in our budget as this time, but they were very helpful to us.

We worked with Jeff and team on a water intrusion issue with one of the windows of our unit. The team was professional and a pleasure to work with. They found where the leak was coming from and they were able to repair and fix this issue. Felix and the crew who performed the waterproofing and stucco work were top notch, and went above and beyond. I have the pleasure of working with Eddie as our project manager. We had a leaky balcony that was causing mold to grow into our garage and we were looking to replace a rickety street facing door for our planned nursery. Eddie and the team diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us a detailed solution that really put our minds at ease. Throughout the entire project, Eddie and all the guys who came out to work on the house were communicative and respectful. I would go out every so often to check in with them and they would always take the time to walk me through what was already done and what else needed to be completed. Not only that, they were so friendly and accommodating to work around our schedules since we have a baby on the way. I will work with First Tier in the future again as they have shown how professional they are with logistics and planning as well as highlighting their craftsmanship with the work and repairs to our house. This review is long overdue. In 2024, Robert and his team at First Tier Exterior did an amazing job with replacing our vinyl siding that was deteriorating with a fiber cement product. The amazing part stems from the fact that Robert took the time to educate us on the different options available, the implications of each option and went above and beyond to instruct his team to minimize the effects of the construction zone.We're very happy with the finished product and wholeheartedly recommend them. You'll be in great hands!

The team was very straight forward and efficient with their time and work and jumped on our project as soon as they could; which was a relief after a mixture of no call-backs and avoidance had us waiting more than 2 yrs to address our leaking roof. First hair exterior did an amazing job on my roof. I had a nasty leak and they sent someone out within 12 hours and they were the utmost professionals in their prices were incredibly reasonable. I then went ahead and recommended them to do the entire roof for my neighbor, and he was beyond appreciative. It’s nice to find an honest company these days.

We used Jeremy at FirstTier Exteriors and it was incredible. We have an historic home with a very unique and complicated roof. They tackled the job, and as they removed the old roof the surprises began. I expected them to try to change the deal, or do shortcuts to imitate the old roof without actually matching it. But they didn’t. Jeremy got everyone together, figured out solutions, and sometimes had to try 2 or 3 ways to get it right. But they did. All along the way, we could see that from the management to the roofers, they all took pride in their work and were committed to getting this right. Jeremy was available 7 days a week, visiting in person anytime we needed it. The final solution even resulted in them getting less money, as the leaf covers for the gutters weren’t able to work with the final design. It’s incredibly rare that a vendor would take on such a challenge, work through obstacles, and come up with a solution that is best for the customer, even if it makes them less money. I would like to thank Robert Aymelek and his team for the great service provided. They replaced my 25+ year old roof with a new Malarkey and fixed some wood structure. Robert is the best PM I've worked with, because of his professionalism and responsibility. He came to the site every day multiple times to make sure the projects went as planned. He communicates with me timely to explain every step whenever anything changes that need my decision.During the project I climbed up to the roof multiple times and I'm 100% convinced that they used quality materials and the roofers did top notch installation work (as they promised).Before I chose First Tier Exterior I have shopped around 5 roofing companies. Even though First Tier is not the cheapest, but obviously they provided the best value and I signed the contract in just 30 minutes. Specially, I like the complete transparency and zero hidden fees in their proposal.
