My dog was attacked by a much larger dog on our walk. I was advised to go to cove instead of primary vet. I was not aware of how extensive the injuries were yet. When we walked in to Cove immediately we were greeted by very nice and calming people they took care of our dog Steve right from the get-go he had the best care. He was comfortable and within surgery within 15 minutes. Unaware of the level of seriousness and complexity that would follow in the next week we brace ourselves for what may be our dogs last days. Steve had surgery several rounds of medication pain medication monitoring he had a cast he had a drain he was very very complicated. The staff was absolutely over the top wonderful and I truly believe that they really love Steve. Everyone was so genuine and understood that he was our family and that he wasn't just a dog. The steps were explained thoroughly by the vet day by day as to what to expect. We were finally discharged home and he had to come back daily for 3 more days for dressing changes that were complicated. The anxiety of bringing him back was terrible but the staff was familiar and helpful and made it an easy transition. It was a wonderful when they texted you if something was going on during the night. Always available to visit very knowledgeable and thorough and loving. We cannot thank them enough for saving our Denim "Steve"- 9yo cavachon. He is an absolute 💯 blessing to our family. We are privileged that he chose us as family. We are forever grateful 🙏🏼 for cove staff. You have no idea how grateful we are to these true Earth angels that saved our little man💞💞💞💞🐕🦮🐶

Today was my third visit at COVE. All three times there the staff were super friendly, nice and caring. Two out of three visits I had to say goodbye to one of my babies. Today truly showed me that if I ever need any medical help with my babies COVE is the place to go! While being there for 5-6 hours the staff were checking up on us, asking if we need water/snacks, was super helpful and supportive of the medical decisions we had to make. They were able to explain everything to us in a way we could understand and answered any and all questions we had. I truly can not be anymore grateful for COVE and their staff for the kindness we received during our visit. Their prices might be high but their level of care and compassion towards animals is even higher. They were equipped to handle our dogs medical needs when our local vet could not. They’re sense for urgency to make sure your baby will be okay is way up there as well. Once again, thank you COVE and your staff for everything!!

My dog decided that half a rubber ball was yummy. I found Cove through the vet and was very happy with their care and attention at 11pm. They were quick and efficient and kind. Thanks Cove!

I appreciate the expert, conscientious, and compassionate care my pets have experienced when they have needed emergency care. This was our second time bringing a pet to COVE Animal Hospital, and once again, the care we received was exceptional.Our first experience here was during a incredibly difficult tragedy with our first cat. The staff took amazing care of him and us, ensuring he was comfortable, giving us unlimited time to say our goodbyes, and handling the entire situation with genuine poise and empathy.We recently had to bring our other cat in for emergency care, and the team was absolutely amazing. The staff was quick, thorough, and incredibly compassionate throughout the entire visit. They took wonderful care of our baby boy, performing a comprehensive exam to rule out multiple potential medical conditions and get to the root of why he wasn't feeling well. We all felt incredibly supported, and we were able to take our little boy home feeling much better.The entire team was confident and professional, which gave us total peace of mind regarding his care plan. I will absolutely continue to bring my pets to COVE for any emergency needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality emergency veterinary care.

My 19 year old tiny cat was bitten and whipped around by a deer. I took her to COVE and their response was quick, careful, and loving. We were able to save her. They were very patient with me and any questions I had. I was able to call them with questions or go in person at any point. So many thanks for this miracle!
