In late November, my family was in the process of moving and was staying temporarily in Greenwich, OH. One of our babies ran out into the road and was hit by a semi. My husband took her to the closest vet in Ontario and they recommended that we take her to Cove because she needed emergency overnight care. Boston spent a week at Cove before she could come home. Due to the extent of her injuries, we have continued to follow up with Cove for ongoing care. The entire team at Cove has been wonderful throughout this experience, from middle of the night phone calls to check on her while she was a patient to any question or concern we’ve had after her release, everyone has been kind and helpful. They were upfront in the costs and honest in their opinions about her options and recommendations for treatment. They have offered calming reassurance when we’ve needed it and have celebrated in the steps she’s made in her healing. I traveled in from work out of state to visit my baby during the overnight on Thanksgiving morning. That was the first time I had in-person contact with Cove and it was the first time I saw my baby after she’d been hit. I was a sobbing mess, so scared and discouraged. The doctor sat and talked with me and assured me about the treatment plan and their expectations. Every member of the staff has provided my baby with exceptional care and they have been supportive and caring to our family. I am so thankful for the team and for everyone at Cove for helping Boston through the scariest week and the weeks of healing since. Less

Considering our circumstances we lost a fur baby the night we had to make a visit. However the entire staff we encountered that late Sunday night were all professional, patient , and very caring to my daughter and I. I would go there again if ever need to utilize them for my other furbabies! I even recieved a card from them including a nice lock of fur, nose/paw/& ear prints which I thought was so sweet . 💙 Less

We've used COVE several times (for a scheduled surgery and for a medical emergency). The staff and vets are great! You can tell they care about the animals. Highly recommend. Less

We had to rush our 6 year old male boxer to COVE this afternoon. I walked in thinking the worst - That maybe he was not coming home. EVERYONE was so pleasant, reassuring and compassionate. They got him taken care of and tonight he’s home resting. Thank you for sending our best friend (Brutus) home with us tonight. You are Rockstars! Less

Cove was there for us early this morning when our 15 year old dog was dying. They were very compassionate and reassured us that we were doing the right thing for Lilly with euthanasia. We highly recommmend Cove. Less

Wow! I definitely recommend this place. Obviously advocate for your pet, but the staff listens and they go above and beyond what's needed. Our cat was on the verge of death row. COVE NOT ONLY HELPED SAVE HIS LIFE but they ALSO. did a biopsy on one of his skin lesions. This is a procedure that they DO NOT normally do but because of the severity of the case they did the biopsy and many other procedures to get down to the core of what was going on. Thankfully, even though the biopsy did not come back yet, they found the correct concoction of meds to get him better. We are still waiting on the results, but with those types of results, especially around the holidays, will be delayed naturally. This facility went above and beyond. I would also like add that they did not pressure us into doing any of the stuff for money. They were very mindful and respectful in understanding finances. While payment plans are not allowed they do have other Payment options that help put your mind at ease while trying to take care of your fur baby. I definitely recommend this location.
