COVE (Sunbury location) provided excellent care for my puppy. The front desk staff was outstanding (Amy, Karen and Connie), and the doctors and technicians were all kind, professional. My puppy had an eye condition that was treated successfully, and I truly appreciated how seriously they took his care.My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish I had received more guidance after the procedure. My puppy still has excessive tearing, and I would have appreciated more suggestions about possible additional testing to consider since his diagnosed condition has already been taken care of by COVE.Overall, the service was exceptional. Wait times can be long, but that’s because they prioritize true emergencies, which I genuinely respect and think is important for the pet community. I would absolutely recommend COVE to anyone needing emergency or specialty veterinary care.

COVE Clintonville team is amazing! We are from out of town and had an emergency with our little one Zoey Ann. From the first phone call to entering the facility, we were treated with kindness and respect. Laura greeted us at the door with a big smile and offered hospitality for us to feel comfortable. Quickly placed in a room, no wait, but to be fair it was 9 pm on a Friday night. Leah was great! She answered all my questions best to her knowledge all while gathering the information needed to proceed with Zoey’s examine. Dr. DeLauter was fantastic! She was completely honest and upfront about Zoey’s diagnosis.To make a long review short! 😁 COVE Clintonville was a great help in saving my little one from pain and discomfort. They are honest and very welcoming. We recommend them to anyone in the area and has a pet emergency. They make you feel calm in times of anxiety. Thank you Dr. DeLauter and team for all of your help through this stressful moment in time.

Literally writing this review on our way home. We first went to their ER in Delaware and they were very nice but also a very long wait. They explained this urgent care could accommodate our dog’s needs. They were expecting us when we got there and super friendly and put our mind at ease. The vet and staff had us fixed up in no time with friendly and great explanation! Highly recommended!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about COVE Pet Care — Columbus.I was traveling through Columbus, Ohio trying to get back home when my dog Miggy suddenly started having bloody diarrhea. It was around 11:00 at night when I decided to turn around and take him to COVE, even though I had already passed Columbus. The reason I chose them was because from the very first phone call, the receptionist and veterinary team were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They listened to what was going on, talked me through everything, and recommended that I bring him in to be evaluated.Thankfully, when we arrived we were able to be seen right away. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and made us feel welcomed during a stressful situation. The vet techs were amazing with Miggy so gentle, attentive, and caring.The veterinarian was honestly one of the best vets I have ever met. She sat down on the floor with Miggy, played with him, loved on him, and made him feel comfortable instead of scared. She took the time to explain everything that was happening, what his symptoms meant, the treatment plan, and what signs to continue watching for after we left. She never made us feel rushed and treated Miggy like he was her own.The entire staff even stayed almost an hour after closing to make sure my little guy received the care he needed. When Miggy wasn’t a fan of getting fluids, they literally sang to him and comforted him through it. It was one of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen at a vet office.On top of taking incredible care of Miggy, they also took care of us by giving us snacks and water because they knew we still had another 3.5 hours left on our road trip.The entire COVE team was compassionate, professional, and truly phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough. I honestly wish they were our regular vet back home because the level of care they provided was unforgettable.Thank you for taking such amazing care of Miggy and turning a scary situation into such a positive experience. ❤️

I am so grateful to COVE for being there when my cat ingested a Lilly. He is a VERY nervous boy who also has advanced kidney disease, and they treated him so well and kept him from being overly stressed. Everyone- front desk, vet techs, and veterinarians- was incredibly compassionate and kind. We were lucky compared to many that passed through in our times there, and everyone was consistently treated with respect and care.

The Cove doctors and all of their staff have been absolutely amazing during a difficult time with our pup. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and kindness. I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful team so close to home. I’d give them 100 stars if that was an option. Thank you Cove!
