My normal vet was unable to get me in, and I was trying to find somewhere to go when my older pup had some skin issues pop up. I felt silly calling COVE to see if it was something they would take on because it wasn’t an emergency but they were the most caring vet veterinary care team I’ve experienced including their front desk staff.Dr.Sollenberger took my concerns seriously and made sure to answer and educate me on any questions or concerns that I had. He was very thorough and I felt like I got my money’s worth out of my visit.Hopefully no emergency’s in my future but COVE will be my new go-to if I need them!

I highly recommend Cove! We went for a sick kitty & they were so helpful. They were clear about the options & the costs upfront. They walked through the reasonings behind each option, including what could wait to be done by our normal vet versus what was time sensitive for any emergency possibilities. We felt respected in their guidance for our kitty & they took great care of her. They gave us helpful handouts & a clear discharge plan including what do follow up on. This was the best experience I have had at an urgent care/emergency care clinic & I have been to several others around the city. I am so grateful for their help.

Took such good care of my dog! Got her in to see an ophthalmologist right away and they were very flexible. Surgery ended up costing less than the estimate, which never happens, and the surgery went better than we expected.

I cannot speak highly enough about COVE. I had to bring my 9 week old kitten in after eating a toy (ugh!) and they were so wonderful. They were speedy given that it is an emergency vet clinic, and were great at checking in with us and communicating. They took such great care of our baby and he left still acting happy as can be. I trusted that they had his best interest in mind when they had him back with them, and I wasn’t worried that I couldn’t see him at all. The vets gave us all of our options honestly and did not pressure us into any decision, educating us on risks and rewards of all options available. He has since passed the toy and I am so thankful that they were able to check him out before so we could make an educated decision, saving us thousands of dollars without guilt or fear.
