Cove was a great place for us. They were very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the doctor. Always on time for appointments. Nova’s surgery was a success and she is recovering very well after 8 weeks. Highly recommend

I couldn't recommend this facility more. They are SO efficient, kind and compassionate. We were placed in a difficult situation with an out-of-town family member's pet falling critically ill, and the staff helped us through it every step of the way and made sure both we humans and our loved one's sweet kitty felt as comfortable as possible. I feel so relieved knowing that if our own cat is ever in a tough situation, we know exactly where to take him. Thank you <3

I have taken my German shepherd to cove 4 times within a week. He was extremely sick and we didn’t think he would make it. Every single person we encountered was truly amazing and caring from front desk, techs, and all 4 doctors we saw. I especially want to recognize Laura at the front desk. She is an angel sent from heaven. Her love and compassion went above and beyond. I verbally had to tell her that every office and hospital needed her in it. Her happy, calming presence was much needed in the scariest of moments. The doctors and staff truly care. Doctor Geiser made us feel like family and I could tell this is more than just a job for her. She went above and beyond for our boy and I am happy to say he is improving very much. I would recommend Cove a million times over. My boy has never like going to the vet but now everytime we tell him he’s going to the doctor he gets super excited and waits at the door.

I came in with my cat, Rose, over the holiday weekend. I was put into a room right he away and a tech was in shortly after. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and patient. They were not pushy to do anything without discussing it with me first and talking me through everything. I will recommend COVE Clintonville to everyone I know. They truly made a stressful experience so much easier for me and my cat.

Took my cat Kafka here after he ate a foot of string. They were so incredibly kind to me, took care of my cat very well, and made the experience much less stressful for us. I want to thank Laura and all of the staff for being so thoughtful towards me. Thank you for everything, y’all are truly the best! Kafka is fully recovered, but if he gets into trouble again I know where we’ll be taking him. I appreciate everyone in the clinic’s kindness and support through that stressful period!
