The team set up a comfort room prior to our arrival as we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy, Boo. As we walked in the door, Laura knew who we were and even told Boo that she had heard so much about him (thanks to knowing technician Katy). Dr. Geisler was very professional and sympathetic and Katy provided us with additional comfort by joining us as we said good bye - Boo adored his Aunt Katy. I left my sweet boy of 14 years knowing his body would be in good hands until his ashes returned home.As a veterinarian myself, I chuckled that the lights turned off every five minutes (or so, unsure exactly time interval). However, I can see where that may be distressing to other families. I’m sure there’s a setting to turn this off, and again, I was not offended by it, but for future instances it may be prudent to check off before a client enters.Thank you immensely.

We had a major scare with our new male Shih Tzu puppy recently having his eyes popping out of their sockets. Took him to Cove and you would have thought everyone that worked there owned him because that's how they treated him. I was thoroughly impressed and couldn't believe that everybody was so engaged with him. They made him their #1 priority in my opinion. We've taken them back for a few checkups and everything is progressing wonderfully . I can't say enough good things about Cove and the people that work there. If you ever have an emergency I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

COVE Pet Care took action and saved my cat Maksym from a blocked urethra. They were compassionate, kind and provided follow up calls with his status. Thank you COVE for yourexpertise. Maksym is alive and happy ❤️💯

To be real with you. I took my dog there thinking she was going to die. I drove an hour and a half to them thinking Rose, my puppy, would be put down or just die. As soon as I got there the staff remembered me from the phone call and IMMEDIATELY took her to triage. They were so fast and caring and so supportive. Rose pulled through and the staff insisted on loving on her as much as she would allow it. Obviously Rose loved every second. She is happy and healthy thanks to a wonderful, caring, well oiled staff. They were outstanding. Bless them all. And the price was reasonable. Just remember its an emergency room for animals that is available 24/7, not a free or well discounted clinic.

My sweet dog had to have surgery to remove part of her intestine at Cove and from the beginning, it was a great experience. Everyone was very kind and Kacie was amazing with follow up and suggestions after her surgery. I did have to take her back for some additional assistance and Dr. Beck was so kind and explained everything during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend Cove - they truly care about animals and do their absolute best for those in their care.

What a pleasant staff! Im not from the area, but they treated me and Tuxedo like we visit weekly. He has made a speedy recovery and all thanks to the staff here at Cove :)Thank you for treating him like one of your own.

Brought our dog in after getting hurt at a kennel. She was taken care with the utmost care. You can tell all the staff there truly care about our animals!!!
