People are FANTASTIC!. They just could not have been more helpful and nice. We spent the night onboard. the marina is very close to the channel so you get “waked” until the boat traffic slows down at night. Facility is still being built but what’s there is beautiful. Gas dock is very convenient and price is competitive (although that changes daily).Short walk to lots of stuff to do.

We’ve been boating and using a nearby Resort Marina since 2012. Unfortunately the state of that marina has slipped in quality over the last few years. We decided to relocate our boat to Sunset in February. We are very satisfied with our move. The team at Sunset are very attentive and available to help with our needs. Highly recommend this Marina and the value they deliver.
