Nick had put in a new HVAC system last year for my son who was extremely pleased. So when my 23-year-old heat pump started to die, I got in touch with Nick, who responded very quickly. He had lots of good advice, and ended up installing a new heat pump for me a week later. Nick is a very personable guy, knows his stuff, and worked efficiently with Dennis to do a very nice job. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, which is a very good thing. I also discovered he does electrical work, when he came here this week to do several repairs. I think I'll be calling him for many of my homeowner needs in the future, as he is a pleasure to work with.
