I’ve had such a great experience at Back and Body Wellness Center. As a busy, active mom of two, I’m constantly lifting and carrying my kids, and my back pain had gotten so bad that there were mornings I could barely move at all. Since coming here, the improvement has been incredible. My posture is so much better, my back feels significantly better, and overall I just feel like myself again.The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the chiropractors and massage therapists. I also love that they offer so many different treatments, including acupuncture, deep tissue massage, and other types of massage. I’ve tried several of their services, and every person I’ve seen has been extremely professional, attentive, and thorough. You can really tell they know what they’re doing and genuinely take the time to care for you properly.I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional, caring treatment.

I called Back and body clinic because of my low back pain and had no idea what to do. The receptionist took time to listen to my problem, answered all my questions and helped me schedule an emergency Chiro appointment. I was in the ultimate pain and Dr. Pannu quickly got me back to normal. She basically taught me how to take care ofmy lower back. Her adjustments & wisdom have become engrained in my daily life. I then scheduled a massage appointment and It was an amazing massage! I instantly felt better. The RMT was very knowledgeable and tailored the massage to my needs.Chiropractic adjustments combined with massage have made a huge difference. I would highly recommend this place to any one looking for quality services. They have all services in one clinic which is amazing.Plus, the atmosphere of the clinic is calming and positive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m updating my original review to 5 stars because the way this centre is run by Dr. Pannu really changed my overall experience.After my initial concerns, Dr. Pannu personally called me to follow up and genuinely wanted to understand how my session went. After I explained my concerns, she booked me with Chikondi Coburn, and I would highly recommend her. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did a great job with the deep tissue massage. I only had a half-hour session this time, and honestly, I wished I had booked the full hour because I would have happily stayed longer.I also want to recognize Gurpreet at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered.The way my concerns were handled and followed up on made a big difference. It showed me that the management genuinely cares about their clients and wants them to have a good experience.I’ll definitely be coming back to Back & Body Wellness many times in the future. Thank you to Dr. Pannu, Chikondi, and Jaspreet for turning my initial experience around and making me feel valued as a customer.

I have been attending the Back and Body Wellness centre for a good two years and counting. I have nothing but good things to say about just about everyone I've met there.Starting from the front desk, the ladies are always so sweet and welcoming.I've had the pleasure of having Mrs. Pannu as my chiropractor and she works wonders. Always on top of what needs to be done, she not only helps with this therapy but also continues to guide me thru what else I may need to do to heal.I've also had the opportunity to have RMT Shaminder Sangha help me heal on multiple injuries. He has a very easy going spirit and is super kind, professional and makes sure that I'm happy with my treatments.For physiotherapy, Vinod is your go to man. Though our sessions he has routinely made sure that my comfort and privacy is ensured and that his efforts are showing me results too.Overall, I definitely recommend!

Acupunturist Chen is absolutely amazing! I had taken acupuncture many years ago and was extremely happy with my previous one but i moved away. I was and still am extremely fussy with who i chose and when i first went to Back and Body Wellness Centre I talked with Chen for a bit and he explained to me some of the treatments and what they are.I had my first session yesterday and boy i was simply blown away at how good he is!!! My session was broken into 3 parts the first was acupunture for 10 mins, the next was acupressure and Chen really works into the areas you have told him that needs relief and the third Quash so or scraping to release toxins.With the acupunture i had requested for Chen to use current as i was extremely used to it and was initially told that the use of current is fairly tough on the body and isnt commonly used nowadays because people would need to tolerate it. Nevertheless, i had a previous acupunturist and i had over 10 session with the use of current i knew i would be able to handle it. Chen is excellent in communicating and would adjust the strength of current to my comfort. With the current depending on ones body perhaps it is common you tend to really feel it initially but with my body as the time goes a bit not so much it is extremely soothing. As i said the use of current isnt that common nowadays by the looks of it but if that is something someone is used to and you ask Chen is very accomodating he will do it but because that requires a machine you will need to arrange to have him bring it. This is not for everyone but i definitely desired it as that is how i was treated in the past and found it extremely beneficial to me still do.In regards to the acupressure Chen goes really deep into your muscles but always make sure about checking with you how much to do so and is excellent in communicating with you. Chen worked on my back neck and also head. With my head he was wonderful as well where he varied his pressure and simply as with the back shoulder and neck absolutely magical. Chen is way better than any machine and boy does he really work extremely hard. I had a session with an acupressure specialist with my previous practioner and he was awesome too and i thought wow do acupressure practioners work extremely hard as unlike with acupunture where the needles are strategically placed and physically way less demanding on the acupunturist the acupressure they really work hard for their living not saying the expertise of using needles is easy as you have to know where and how to put them just that the amount of physical labor involved with acupressure is very demanding and like i said Chen is better than a machine just that good!!!With the Quash so this was my very first time experiencing it. If i am remembering correctly quash is scraping scrubbing continuously and so is release of toxins so sraping/scrubbing the toxins out. Prior to taking both the acupuncture and acuoressure he explained it to me and what it is. The thing that he uses to scrape is made of Yak horn a hard smooth thing. He also told me dont worry about all the red marks they will go away so they do last a bit but i have full faith that all is awesome. He applies solution for it and then in the end a very soothing cream. After this part of the session combined with the other two parts Chen worked absolute wonders and this is only in one session!!! I am so impressed that i will be taking many more sessions with him to recover from an auto injury and look forward to continue to be in his care.Chen is top notch. I absolutely highly recommend him and learning about other modalities that he may recommend such as possibly cupping which i have never experienced and everything else. With Chen you are in excellent hands and you will know why he is highly recommended and has excellent reviews. Thank you so much Chen you definitely work magic!!!

They have both been fantastic! I am making very steady progress and almost back to my normal, painfree self. Highly recommend them both and this clinic overall for anything prenatal/postpartum.I was also having sleepless nights with my newborn as she has colic. I brought her in for an adjustment with Dr Pannu and 2 sessions later….shes a brand new baby! No more endless hours of crying. These guys are amazing.
