From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the right place. Carrie greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect fabric to re-cushion our couch, loveseat, chair, and ottoman. We decided to switch the couch and loveseat to bench-style seating, and the result is fantastic—both comfortable and stylish. It truly made the room feel larger and more complete.All of the cushions were custom-made for our wicker furniture, and the quality shows. I highly recommend them—they genuinely care about what you want and work hard to bring your vision to life.

I am recovering some old bar stools. I stopped sofa into Sofa Biz to inquire about purchasing some foam to replace the old foam that covered the seats. It was a very small purchase but they were extremely help - they measured, showed me how to cut the foam, rolled the sheet of foam up so it would fit in my car and put it in the car. All small things but very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back to them with to have favorite chair or sofa upholstered.

We had a slip covered loveseat that needed recovering. SofaBiz was able to help us find the perfect fabric and bring in Shelley Anderson who was able to reconstruct a beautiful slipcover. They were also able to beautifully reconstitute the cushions. We look forward to using this piece of furniture for another 18 years. A great investment and delightful customer service.
