Dan our salesman was great to work with and guided us through the process! Tyler who supervises the whole process was there to answer all our questions! Braven saved me a lot of money!!!! So the last couple months we've been experiencing a high comed bill ,, we have solar panels and it's our second year with them so seeing how the price of our bill was extremely high this year compared to last year I felt something is wrong with our panels!! I Reached out to Braven Solar and Tyler was amazing in telling what brand of panels I have also explaining to me that the company who installed our panels went out of business as well... but he was willing to help!! And seeing how they are local to the area I highly recommend them ,, even with calling and asking questions like I did since I'm a new home owner (3 years in) and added solar panels our second year owning the home we still aren't educated with them 100% so he taught me a lot in our short time over the phone!! I look forward into working with Tyler and seeing why my solar panels aren't functioning 100%!! Thank you for taking time out your day to answer all my questions!!
