Fantastic community, excellent programming. I visited four consecutive days as a drop-in. Workouts were perfectly challenging, and also enjoyed chatting with the fellow athletes in the 6a and 7a classes. Thank you Coach Hera for absorbing me into the community!

What a GREAT gym to drop in to! Super easy to find from a lil unassuming storefront. The space is actually pretty big given the neighborhood constraints, and is well organized and taken care of. Programming was challenging and fun, and the coaching was individualized. Head coach and owner was incredibly attentive and kind!

Traveling for work, dropped in for almost a full week (Tues - Fri). 110% recommend to anyone who wants a welcoming, fun, and challenging series of WODs with an exceptional community and some of the best coaches ever. The owner, Tom, was an absolute delight and the kind of person I'd always want watching over me while I push myself. Also, their protein shakes are cheaper than the ones you'd find at a nearby CVS/Walgreens :) I'm definitely coming back!!

Dropped in for a class while I was visiting NYC. Tom was such an encouraging head coach! I felt very welcomed by everyone. They went out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on. Such a sweet group! Would definitely recommend trying them out!❤️

Was in town for Hyrox NYC weekend 2, and dropped in and Tom completely supported us during our race day. They have a really great space, super friendly coaches, and the atmosphere is 10/10. I would absolutely come back if I was in town again.
