I made contact on Sunday when compressoe stopped blowing. The rep was courteous and quick in her response and I received a call from Yassine within 20 mins and after getting initial info advised he would be onsite within an hour. He arrived in 30 mins! He was extrenely efficient and knowledgeable and very friendly. He also provided some info I didn't know to assist going forward. In short, our unit was working in about 40 mins after arrival which was critical as my wife is on 24/7 oxygen . Major kudos to Yassine! Thank you so much! If and when the need arises, I will be contacting Carolina Comfort again, hopefully getting Yassine once more!

100% recommend Carolina Comfort and will only use them as the only locally owned company who actually cares and has the skills to perform 24/7.A few hours with Carolina comfort was better than months of a revolving door of technicians at ARS who never made any progress.ARS and installed a new 4 ton air handler at my home 3 months ago and has had countless technicians who could not get it to cool or stop freezing without dropping the temperature at all in my home. They literally screwed everything up they touched and never got a system that cost me over $20,000 to cool my house.In just a few hours Carolina Comfort fixed it and my comfort was immediately restored. Best salesman brian was comprehensive and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I called Carolina Comfort for an HVAC service visit. The appointment was scheduled between 10 and 11am the same morning. I was happy when i received a text message at 9:50am that Clayton was on his way to my location. He was polite and was quick in testing and diagnosing the issue and suggested a repair to remedy the problem with my heatpump unit. I am very satisfied with the results. I recommend, and will use Carolina Comfort again.
