Had another company I’ve been doing business with for many years blow me off for an emergency call via a virtual assistant. Called Carolina Comfort which was on my thermostat got a real answer with a real person. Had Andy call me within 10 min. He was the person taking late emergency calls. I explained my situation and he was very busy and called to say he would be here at 10:00. Had air in 20 min. What service! Can’t find that anywhere anymore!

He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and was very thorough. He even acknowledged our very skittish small dog, which calmed her down a little.
