It's obvious the employees here have a passion for what they do. Quick, clear communication, and friendly service. I have been a customer of another provider in the area for over a decade, when their service started to slip I was very nervous about finding another. I'm glad I found Carolina Comfort. I'm now on my second visit and Nicolas did fantastic work with the seasonal maintenance, and continues to show that this company cares about their work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I've worked with a TON of contractors over the years, both at home and on an HOA, and Carolina Comfort is at the very top of my list. Brian (the sales manager) is the most knowledgeable HVAC person I've ever met. Every other company I've gotten quotes from will just assume the existing system is sized correctly and that the ductwork is adequate. Brian meticulously analyzed the existing system, ran the calculations, and determined that the replacement system needed better inflow for optimal performance. He quoted a Heil crossover split heat pump system which I wasn't even aware of. The outdoor unit is a side discharge style so it's much smaller than a typical compressor plus it's insanely quiet. Everything has been performing perfectly and the system is whisper quiet throughout the house. The install team mainly consisted of Conner, Chris, and Jacob and they were absolutely first rate. Anytime I had a question or request they were immediately on it and never pushed back. They also did a phenomenal job on the replacement ductwork (they actually hang the ducts correctly with nylon straps rather than wire or zipties) and add extra insulation at the vent boots.Bottom line: You cannot go wrong with this company. As far as pricing, they're very competitive. I got quotes from two other companies but their quoted system was considerably lower-efficiency and the price was about the same, so it was a no-brainer to go with Carolina Comfort.

Very professional and competent. Identified a poorly performing capacitor and showed me the meter reading. Had him replace it and he showed me the worn capacitor. Good work. Gives me confidence in Carolina Comfort service….hope I get him again for the next servicing.

I have been a loyal customer of this company and have my system checked twice a year and the service representatives have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy today because there was a problem with the main disconnect. The wires were fried in two places in the box. It was replaced and I am ,again, impressed.

Jason and Ny have been here helping us with our clean room HVAC multiple days in a row and we just wanted to say that they are really helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure we know what's going on and that they will do what they can as quickly as possible. Ny also went out of his way to help one of our customers in the parking lot in the middle of his work without letting it hinder the job that needed to be done. Great work guys!!
