Jackie (and Diamond Transportation) is AWESOME! I used DT for round trip TUS/Stone Canyon last week. Both trips were shuttered by American Airlines flight delays, cancelations and changes. On our very late arrival Jackie was waiting with ready smiles. Departing town got Jackie out of bed 5am on a Saturday, two hours earlier than scheduled, reacting to an unplanned schedule change, without complaint. Our trip even warranted a hug. EXTRORDINARY service!
