My wife and I were searching for the right artist to give us memorial portraits of our late daughter. We researched and spoke with a lot of artists from different shops, but Hoscar at Heartless was the only choice. The entire staff were incredible to deal with, every one of them clearly has a deep passion for their craft and the shop overall has such a family vibe. Hoscar’s work is so accurate and detailed, our portraits are exactly what we imagined and the perfect tribute for our baby girl.

His vision, creativity, and attention to detail are on another level. What stands out most is how often he stops, takes a minute, steps back, and really looks over his work to make sure everything is perfect. I am so glad I went to Heartless Ink for my latest tattoo. This was the first piece of mine that was fully shaded with colour, and Hoscar's work had me crying with pure happiness by the time I left. He was also very patient with my squirming and needing to take frequent breaks to stretch my legs. The atmosphere is comfortable, and you can tell the people here love what they do. I had a tattoo done on my chest by Gwyn. She was very nice and easy to work with. The tattoo came out perfectly, I am very pleased with it.The staff that work at Heartless Ink are fantastic as well. The communication by email was very helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns, I had no doubts before my appointment. I had to have at least one tattoo done by this studio. They are kind of comparable to Bang Bang Tattoo of New York City with regards to how they operate in my opinion. I would have more tattoos done by them in the future.
