I just wrapped up my full sleeve after five full-day sessions, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.Over the past 10+ years, I had multiple pieces done on my arm, some of which I wanted covered, others refreshed, and a lot of empty space that needed to be tied together. It was a complex project: a large cover-up, blending old and new work, and making everything flow as one cohesive sleeve. A few artists and shops seemed hesitant to take it on.When I reached out to Heartless Ink, I was connected with Daga. From our initial consultation, he was confident, thoughtful, and clear in his recommendations. Once we got started, it was obvious I was in good hands.The final result honestly exceeded my expectations. Everything flows seamlessly, the cover-up is incredibly well done, and my older pieces look completely revitalized. After more than a decade of working on my arm, I can finally say I’m fully satisfied with it and I get compliments on it all the time.Huge respect to Daga for his professionalism, skill, and vision throughout the entire process. My daughter and I got matching Japanese red spider lily tattoos, and the entire experience was so special from start to finish.Gwyn is incredibly talented, patient, and so detail oriented. My piece was about 6 inches and completed beautifully in just an hour and a half, while my daughter’s 4 inch piece took about an hour. The linework is delicate, elegant, and exactly the soft feminine style we were hoping for. She captured the flow of the Japanese red spider lily petals and stem perfectly, and the placement on both of our arms turned out stunning.The studio was clean, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and easy. The pricing felt very fair for the quality, detail, and time, which made the experience even better.It was such a meaningful mother daughter memory, and Gwyn made it even more special.I highly recommend Heartless Ink, especially Gwyn, for fine line floral work and Japanese red spider lily tattoos. We’re both absolutely in love with our pieces and would absolutely come back again ❤️🌺

Got my tattoo with Hoscar - it’s mind blowing how talented he is. Like I thought my other Tattoos were really good until I saw his. Put them to shame. It’s insane. Got tattoos with my son (2 sides of a scene), and the whole experience was fantastic. Daga and Cayms were both friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. They made us feel comfortable from start to finish, and the final pieces came out better than we imagined. They are providing an extra session for touch ups and detailings. Highly recommend this shop for everyone looking for great artists and a great vibe!

I had a great experience getting a very sentimental tattoo. The staff and tattoo artist were extremely kind and informative. This would be a 5 star review but unfortunately my tattoo needed a touch up after 5 days from receiving it. Sadly, the policy is not in my favour for a hand tattoo.

The entire experience at Heartless Ink was highly professional, friendly and fun. Daga was /is my tattooist and he’s highly talented and super easy going. I did part one of my sleeve there, and going back for phase 2 and 3!
