I’ve been recommending Alex for a couple of years now based on him being a friendly, likeable, and knowledgeable chap. More recently, my boiler needed a service and had developed a fault. Within 20 minutes of calling him, he was at our home, diagnosing the issue. Alex was recommended to me by a local estate agent, and I am very pleased that they did. He is thoroughly professional, and a really likeable man. Due to his keen observation in the gas meter cupboard in the basement that there was a slight hissing sound coming from a corroded pipe (belonging to someone else's flat) what could have been a disaster was averted. It was 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Alex went into emergency action: he gently explained to the elderly couple whose gas pipe was leaking that the matter was in hand; he then contacted the gas emergency services and a representative arrived within the hour to replace the old pipework.
