I called Tennacity for a Pentair salt cell issue. They were very understanding of the situation and we're great to work with! They were able to respond to my home within the week to replace my salt cell under warranty!Joseph was prompt, professional and very polite! He also took the time to explain to me salt cell maintenance and cleaning guidelines prior to leaving!
