Here is our story and why we recommend Douglas Construction. Back in August 2024, our neighborhood was hit by a hailstorm resulting in damage to many of our homes. After a failed attempt to get our insurance company to compensate us for the damages and watching one neighbor after another getting their roofs repaired, my wife and I tried once more to submit a claim. This second time was also denied. We were just about to give up on the whole thing when Rome (Douglas construction) showed up on our doorstep. He asked to assess our damages and, after doing so, he suggested that Douglas Construction, on our behalf, submit another claim to our insurance company. I guess Rome's magical powers of persuasion and the efforts of the staff at Douglas Construction did the trick because we were able to get compensation for our damages. Rome then diligently worked with us to schedule the work effort and within two weeks we had a new roof. I can't thank Rome and the rest of the staff at Douglas Construction enough for all their diligent work in walking us through the claim process and then the installation of the new roof. After a major hail storm in my area, a Douglas employee came to my neighborhood and offered a free inspection. He did find roof damage and offered to call my insurance and start a claim. He met my adjuster and worked with him during their inspection. Once my insurance adjuster approved the claim, someone from Douglas came to my residence and walked me through the rest of the process. Finally the work was completed on time and it looks fantastic. If you need roof repair work done, I would highly recommend Douglas Construction.

Douglas Construction was one of many companies that came through my neighborhood after a storm last spring. The rep that came by my house was great in following up at my requested intervals and was always polite and communicative. When I was ready to have the roof work done he worked with me and the insurance company a file claim and payment received quickly... On the day of install I selected for December, 2021, the team showed up as expect and knocked out the removal and replacement all in one day with a project manager on site to answer any questions I might have while the team was working... I would certainly use Douglas Construction again should the need come up.

He took care of everything with the insurance claim, he scheduled the installation right away, he came by during the installation to ensure everything was satisfactory.
