Paul the owner is a real honest good guy and business man. He came out on a last minute call knowing we were without ac right now and desperate for repair and for results and financially could not afford what we were told previously by other companies so we remained without ac for nearly a month right now this time of year and Paul came on a sunday afternoon found out problem gave us a quote for repair that was so reasonable and fair we said yes. He to{k care of the parts warranty work for us he sent out a repairman from his company a couple of days later the soonest he could get him here and >n no time he had our AC up running and keeping our house cool again. After the estimates we had gotten from prior places on the same work and things being added to the estimate unfairly and unneeded we had given up hope but thanks to Paul and his az.refrigeration company we financially could swing the repairs and noth>ng extra was d{me that did not need to be done and we were treated fair as fair could be. God bless you guys and thanks for getting my family cool again. I will use this company from? Now on and I suggest you do as well highly recommend Paul and his company of pros for all your AC needs. Hello All,I am disable and retired, my Air Conditioner went out on July 4th 2026, It was replaced 2 years ago, but apparently the Motor Blower in the Attic died, 1st Premier Home Warranty would not cover the cost, I had paid a full 3 years in advance, I have cancelled my Policy since, Paul Diaz as the Owner, did not flinch, he had history with Home Warranty companies, he ordered the Motor, and went to an Appliance Outlet, he bought a Brand New stand up Mini Portable Air Conditioner and set it up in the Kitchen had it not been for that, it would have been 5 days of 100 degrees average heat, he worked with me on the Full Payment. The Owner Paul Diaz cares about his Company and for the Customers it serves, the “Old Fashioned Mom and Pop” caring establishments, they are still alive in this day and age and in this case, it exists in, much Respect and Trust for Paul Diaz, his expert Associates and this Company, Arizona Refrigeration Company LLC.
