I’ve had a great experience at this gym, and a huge part of that is thanks to my personal trainer, Erin. The facility itself is always clean and well-organized. Classes are really welcoming to those just getting started or already experienced with weight lifting. It has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to stay consistent and actually enjoy working out.Erin has made a real difference in my fitness journey. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and knows how to tailor workouts to match my goals and ability level. What stands out most is her ability to push me without making sessions feel overwhelming. She keeps things challenging but still motivating, and she genuinely cares about my progress.Since working with Erin, I’ve seen noticeable improvements not just in strength and fitness, but also in confidence.
