For the past few years I usually handle the house washing myself , usually taking two days with a pressure washer and usually another three days of my back recovering. This year following knee replacement surgery, I happened upon an advertisement on FB for Tiger Washing. I decided to give the student entrepreneurs a shot and I am so happy I did. McKenna their customer service rep, was personable and professional in getting me an Estimate, which was timely and affordable . She worked around my schedule to get us on the calendar. When the time came Randy and Sam showed up on time , looking neat with state of the art equipment and sharp uniforms. Before they started , they walked me through the process and addressed all my concerns regarding methods to be used, as well as addressing my safety concerns with the roof washing. They worked steady , neatly and efficiently!They washed the roof, siding and windows in and out. They protected my plants, were neat and extremely courteous to me and my wife while working inside. Clean up was perfect.Sam was very personable and when you meet him you will meet a sharp young man that has a bright future when he graduates Auburn . Randy is Sam’s steady mentor and extremely organized. The mutual respect they share for each other and the company they are building is so evident , by their work performance and the pride exhibited in their completing the project to mine and my wife’s satisfaction! They exceeded our expectations!The project came out so well in the end, that the house looks like it got a fresh coat of paint while the roof looks like it was just installed. All said 5 out of 5 Stars all the way around. So long as they run the business the way they do, I will not ever find myself washing my house again. In fact , I am going on the calendar for my next wash, as well as getting on there quarterly window cleaning schedule.Jack the founder , is truly building a solid service business. Randy and Will did a soft wash on the exterior of our house, cleaned gutters and soffits and fascia, and cleaned exterior and interior windows. Randy went around the entire house with me making sure nothing had been overlooked. These guys worked nonstop and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

TWC does an excellent job getting to high windows out of my reach as well as low windows. The show up on time and work until the job is complete. I will continue to use them.
