I’d give 10 stars if that was possible. Phenomenal experience from the initial contact, through the estimate, through project completion. (On time bad on budget.) Ralph is the consummate professional. Beyond this, he is approachable, listens and is a freaking artist in terms of visualizing the project and making it come to fruition. He and Keith worked tirelessly and were an absolute joy to be around. They love what they do and it shows in how they go about their work and the smiles they carry on their faces. And this job wasn’t easy. They had to remove an old stinking pond and modify an existing water feature -before creating this new waterfall. I’m struggling to find the words to encapsulate how wonderful this experience has been. By far, the most enjoyable and most fulfilling project I've ever been a part of. And the waterfall is gorgeous!

I love my pondless waterfall! It was an easy process to set up with Ralph and watching him thoughtfully place each boulder was fascinating. The finish product is exceptional! Once my full landscaping is completed I will have a staycation back yard.

We knew going into this cleanup it would take two separate visits to complete our pond cleanup to keep from overly shocking our goldfish. Nick did an outstanding first visit! Fishies are happy and the water is clearing up quickly! We are looking forward to the final cleanup in November!

They were professional, efficient, and extremely detail oriented.They set up a temporary pond to keep the koi and water safe while they worked. They power-washed the rocks to remove all the algae, deep cleaned the skimmer and waterfall, and even took care of maintenance like replacing the filter mat, fixing lights, and trimming back plants.Before finishing, they re-added beneficial bacteria and treatments to ensure the ecosystem was balanced. We have a koi pond that hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. The water pump was struggling due to a dirty and plugged water filter. We contacted Pondscapes and the end result was fantastic. Ralph and team cleaned the pond, trimmed back the plants, and replaced the bad filter media. The pond looks like new. Pondscapes is an impressive company and we highly recommend them.

It has been awhile since my pond was thoroughly cleaned. Learned new info about generating a positive bacterial environment for my fish and feeding them based on my water temperature to keep them healthy.The comments I receive on the esthetics of my pond support its Asian influence.

I had a water feature installed about 6 years ago by someone who i thought knew what they were doing. I've had lots of problems. Pondscapes has now fixed the current problem and did a great job. I also now have an annual maintenence program. Ralph did a wonderful job, was on time, and now I'm thinking of having him back to expand, and or, improve what I have now.
