Pondscapes did a great job emptying and cleaning our water feature. While out of town, the water feature/waterfall had gotten covered with algae. Pondscapes was willing to go out and clean the feature when we had previously not worked with their company. We’re happy to know about them now so we can use them in the future. Thanks Pondscapes.

I just bought a house with a koi pond and had no idea what I was getting into. Ponds are for rich people! No wonder the old owner had let the pond get so murky :-( But Ralph took the time to educate me on pond maintenance and Allison made the scheduling and payment less painful :-P I would highly recommend this company!

Pondscapes came out and cleaned our pond for us last week. I can't believe what an incredible job they did! The workers were so friendly and polite. They absolutely did the most incredible job. My pond went from looking like a green swamp to shining new. I never thought the rocks would ever look like colorful rocks again. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pondscape is professional and very efficient. Pondscape started the pond on Monday and Thursday afternoon Pondscape was filling up the pond with water. Pondscape did a great job building my turtle pond. Pondscape left flat rocks along the edge of the pond so my turtles would have a place to sun themslves. Ralph is that someone.During our backyard pondless waterfall build, which was quite a substantial undertaking with approximately 25 linear feet of stream and five waterfall drops, Ralph demonstrated his unique craftsmanship in designing and constructing this feature. He was routinely evaluating and re-evaluating each boulder lay, cross-checking his measurements and levels, and making adjustments where needed, as opposed to settling for 'good enough'. One would think he was designing this for his own backyard!Ralph's crewmen, Collin and Barrett, were also clear assets to the project and operated with such competence and aptitude. The team worked tirelessly under interesting weather conditions - hot days, rainy days, windy days, and muddy grounds. They cleaned and tidied-up the job site each afternoon before leaving for the day, and were always on time, friendly, and professional.Our family found it a genuine joy to witness Ralph and his crew make this project come to life. Our three young children have played on and around the waterfall each day since it's completion, and as such, it has become a treasure in our home. It brings a smile to my face to watch them romp and giggle while playing in the water. I trust their childhood memories will be filled with the sights and sounds that these waters bring. So, Ralph, with most sincere hearts, we say, Thank You.

I called Pondscapes AZ to do a long overdue yearly maintenance on a water feature they had put in 15 years ago for a previous homeowner. I talked to Allison several times and found her to be outgoing, kind and helpful. Ralph did an amazing job on the water feature going over everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, took pictures for my husband who was golfing, and made great suggestions.
