I contacted Pure Steam after reading the reviews. Sam came on the appointment day and I asked him to come a bit earlier due to a last minute trip that arose. He was able to fit it in. Sam looked over my carpet, pointed out the traffic areas we didn't even see (2 year old carpet), and off he went. When he was done, there wasn't a stain left behind. He hit every traffic area like a personal battle zone. Mind you, the traffic areas weren't that bad, but he treated them for what they were. When he finished, I had not seen my carpets look so good and new since they were installed. Another thing, they were all fluffed up. Sam, if you read this, I have never met someone in this type of business that was so meticulous and dedicated to an outcome. Thank you for the service! It was impressive!
