A Huge Shout-Out to Bill! ❤️I want to give a huge shout-out to our driver this morning, Bill, who truly saved the day for me and my daughter!Our Uber canceled at 3:15 AM, and we had an early flight out of Houston. We couldn’t get another driver and were honestly starting to panic because we were about to miss our flight.I went to Google and came up with my Plan B — Bill! He answered the phone immediately. He was already on his way to pick up another young lady to take her to the airport, but he turned around, came back for us, and got us to the airport too.He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and most importantly, we felt completely safe with him. As a woman traveling alone, or even traveling with your younger daughter, that means so much.Bill, you saved the day! We made our flight safe and sound, and I am so incredibly grateful. We had a check out at 10am from 30A but our flight wasn’t until 3pm in Panama City. Bill was quick to respond, cheaper than Uber, reliable and offered to take us to Seaside to enjoy brunch during our wait before our flight. He held our luggage and communicated with us throughout the booking and during pick up and drop off. He was amazing and we highly recommend his services!
