I do not recommend Sunny. I was a candidate for a role I was very qualified for. I had my interview and admittedly I was a bit off due to a death in my family. I was professional but did speak a bit too much, I admit that. Sunny at the end of the call told me I “waffled” too much and needed references. I gave her 6. Within days I had several of my referees contact me advising of Sunny’s unprofessional manner. She mentored several times to them I was a “waffler” (this term is highly unprofessional and offensive) and basically tried to convince my references that because I was a talker I couldn’t do my job. This was disputed by my references. I was not put forward to the client for an interview and in hindsight I’m glad I wasn’t. I have worked with many recruiters as a client and as a candidate and have never come across an instance like this. Sure mention you have concerns of my communication but don’t use offensive derogatory and reputation damaging language to references.
