Had to call Kuma late on a Saturday for emergency plumbing need (a recommendation from a BNI friend). Prompt and courteous. Inspected the problem and provided a solution with quote. We agreed to a Sunday morning repair. Jermaine was on time and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Great job and service. Highly recommend.

We had two issues back to back that Jermaine helped with. One was a leak in our home that is currently being repaired and the other is in our cousin's house where we're currently staying.The first one was after hours on a Friday. Not only did he not charge extra just bc its after hours, but he came right away, fixed it quickly, and charged half of what others were quoting.The second was a backed up toilet that caused a leak. This toilet hasn't been working right for 6 months. We had to plunge it everyday and all the other plumbers that looked at it said it needed to be completely replaced. Jermaine not only fixed it and pulled the toy out that was stuck in there, when we called an hour later with a video showing a different problem with it, he came right back at no extra charge and realized that it had been installed wrong in the first place so he fixed that. Since that day, we've had no issues and we realized that its actually a pretty good toilet.

Awesome Service! I called Kuma Plumbing and Drain recently to install my new dishwasher. The service was prompt, professional, and competitively priced. The plumber was courteous and detailed, and he even took away the old machine and tested the new one before he left.
