The technician did a good inspection, or so I thought. Onsite, the technician concluded the fireplace was in good shape, but once back at the office, his boss directed he send a very expensive up sale to fix a number of things. All I wanted was a chimney cleaning and honest inspection. This fell short of that with no follow up.
