Water was coming up from the showers, and the toilets were backing up on a Friday afternoon.Greg didn’t know me at all, but he went out of his way to see if he could come over that same day and help us. His customer service was beyond fantastic, and he made my family feel seen and heard during an incredibly stressful situation.Once he arrived, he found the issue and even located a cleanout that the plumbing inspector had failed to mention, notice, or check. He spent over an hour in the pipes searching for the problem and working through it until it was fixed.Because of Greg and Sam, we had our house back by Friday night. Stowell Plumbing was a blessing, and I’m still in awe of what they did for us. They are lifesavers, and I would trust them with any plumbing job or issue. They are absolutely your guys.

I had a drain line that was chronically clogging. It needed to be snaked frequently. Greg came out with the hydro jet and got it squeaky clean. Cost a bit more than snaking, but absolutely saves you money in the long run by getting ALL the gunk out of the line instead of just punching a hole in it.

We called Greg to come to Victory Gymnastics because our toilets weren't flushing correctly and we had water coming up through our floor drains. Unfortunately for us this is not a particularly unusual occurrence. You'd be amazed the things kids flush down toilets!Greg was able to be on site for us in less than 2 hours and was able to clear the lines for us, which was amazing as we have some very difficult plumbing. He was very professional and clean which matters a lot for us as we are a family establishment. He was very honest and his pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend him.
