Absolutely the BEST body shop ever! After my son's F150 was hit in the bed by another driver, we took it to Herring and Son. They were so easy to work with and they have a great relationship with our insurance company which made the whole process super easy. Its hard to find a trustworthy, reputable shop but Herring and Son is all that and more because by son's truck came back looking like the accident never happened!

If you are in the area of Youngsville NC or around the area. I would definitely recommend Herring and Son Collision to get your damage vehicle fixed because they were very helpful but were willing to work with, like for my experience they cut down the price to reduce any chance of my 04 F150 from my totaled knowing if they wanted too, they would have totaled it.So, with that being said, I would recommend them!

My new go-to. I called and stated I had an issue with my tailgate. Gentleman was courteous and told me to come in and he'd take a look at it and we'd go from there. He examined my truck and quickly did a simple adjustment (that I would've messed up). I didn't realize until I got there that he was the only one in shop today. He could have easily this me told me to come by when there was more staff. The great thing about it was he took the time to explain the issue and told me the adjustments needed if it re-occurred. Much appreciated!!!

Heering and Son Collision repainted the hood of my 23 Honda Civic Touring. They are utmost professional. Carried out the estimate process and quickly scheduled me for the repair. The work they did was fantastic! I compared other shops. They were more affordable and I believe provided better service than going to one of the major body shops in the area. Highly recommend!

Herring Collision did a fabulous job on my car. It looks better than brand new. They matched the paint perfectly, and they were able to source the parts for me, as reasonably priced as possible, which was a big help! My car was finished a few days early, too.I would recommend Herring and Son Collision for any body work your car may need. They work on RVs as well.Thank you Herring family, for the beautiful final product!M. Pruitt

Highly recommend. Hit a deer and they were so helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with insurance. They also were very quick with their repairs, kept in constant communication, and got me my car back before the holiday weekend. I hope not to need a collision repair anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I will go!

I am pleased about the work done on my Honda pilot after I was hit on my passenger side of my car while driving at 25 miles an hour. I brought my car to the Herring auto shop to fix the damage. I was amazed on the great job they done. My car was done in a short time. The owner was very nice to work with. Also, the price tag was affordable. I was pleased. Check them out.

I had such a great experience with Herring & Son Collision! Travis and Wayne have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of choosing the right body shop. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in the decisions being made. My insurance company only allowed me to choose from one specific body shop, and after one horrible phone call with them, I started Googling body shops in Youngsville and found Herring & Son—best decision I could have made! You can truly tell they care about their customers and the quality of work they provide. I would definitely recommend Herring & Son Collision to anyone needing repairs—amazing service and even better people!

I took my travel trailer here to have an issue with a window falling out. Everyone was super helpful and they agreed to fix it, when others turned me down. 3 months later I had a leak issue with the same window. They fixed the problem, as well as took time to go up on my roof and check seals for leaks. These guys are great to deal with - and I recommend them to anyone with rv issues!
