Everyone here is compassionate, patient, and genuinely understanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable, never making you feel embarrassed or ashamed for being nervous or scared.Dr. Browning is an absolute bright light and an outstanding dentist. Her compassion is just as remarkable as her skill. Martha, her assistant, is truly an angel of comfort. They are an incredible team.Lisa, the office manager, is wonderful, kind, and accommodating. Lauren at the front is professional and knowledgeable, helping set up payment options and answering questions. Pressley is an absolute joy.The orthodontic side is equally exceptional. Dr. Bailey is professional, knowledgeable, and also personable and fun. They were incredibly accommodating working with our timeline as we prepare to leave the country. Sheila is extremely helpful, patiently answers every question, and makes the whole process easier.I also love that Christian music plays throughout the office, and this team genuinely lives out their faith in Jesus by the way they treat people. You feel the kindness here, and it feels like the staff truly care about all the aspects of care (dental, financial, emotional). I wish I could pack them up and taken them with me everywhere I go in the world.

Dentistry 4 children and Bay Area Dental Specialists are fantastic. Dr. Richardson for my kids and Dr. Browning for my wife and I are top notch! Very attentive to details and upfront for all care plans. They are awesome Dentists and even better people. Very glad we found them for our dental care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Browning. Her whole team is so sweet and wonderful to work with, and visiting with her is like visiting with a good friend. Dr. Browning is the one who encouraged me to remember to take time for my own dental care as a busy mom. I am so glad she did because my teeth feel so much better having been deep cleaned, and I actually look forward to my visits now. I’m so grateful she reminded me to make myself a priority. I always enjoy coming into Bay Area Dental Specialists and always be greeted with white smiling teeth. I had Mrs. Ajah and Mrs. Preseley, with a quick visit from Dr. Browning. We had such wonderful conversation while they were cleaning my teeth, although it was a little hard to talk with tools in my mouth... I had to cancel and reschedule more times than I would like to admit. Not once did they make me feel like a burden. Instead, they met me with understanding, encouragement, and so much grace every single time.Lauren at the front desk is truly exceptional. She answered every call, every question, and every concern with warmth and reassurance. She made the entire process feel manageable and even empowering. Her nonstop encouragement is what got me through the door! If it wasn't for her I'd still be in so much pain!
