Everyone there is super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually cares about helping you get better—not just rushing you in and out.They explain what they’re doing and why, which I appreciate, and you can tell they know their stuff. The place is clean, organized, and just has a good vibe overall.I’ve definitely noticed real improvement since going, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs rehab or physical therapy.

Park Rehab has been fantastic at helping me with my back pain. I am a very active, above average tennis & platform tennis player in my late 60s. Due to ongoing low back challenges had to slow down and not play to my potential or at all. My therapist made very thorough evaluation to isolate the areas causing the pain. The treatment plan was comprehensive, tailored to the root causes, using a number of physical techniques combined with amazing devices like shockwave, dry needling, Stimpod pulsed RF and cold laser, that helped with nerve & neuropathy pain. They also spent time working core strength both in the office and for me to work at home. I am now back to playing platform tennis, this winter, at a top level 3-4 times a week.And on top of it all the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. UPDATE: Jan 23, 2026.I came to Park Rehab because I had a foot and ankle injury with a syndrome called posterior tibial tendon syndrome. The syndrome significantly affected my ability to walk and have good balls. Park Rehab therapist were able to significantly decrease my pain and inflammation with their focus wave shockwave, manual therapy, cold laser, and kinesiology- taping. I am now walking with minimal to no pain and am much much stronger. If you have this type of syndrome, I would recommend that you come see Parkrehab and don't hesitate.≈=========My mother is 89 & the rehab is definitely keeping her out of a wheelchair. Their encouragement, compassion, & comfort for my mom are so important to me. Lindsey Tate has been a God send for her & me - I started therapy there also! We consider Lindsey a friend.

I came in with severe back pain from a basketball injury. I couldn’t bend, twist, breathe, or really do anything without being in severe pain. The Park Rehab therapists helped me work through my pain with their state of the art equipment and helping me strengthen my back as well. I am now back to playing basketball and I am so impressed with how quick and effective the Park Rehab therapists work!!
