I recently sold my home in Mission Viejo with Devin and his group after having a negative experience with a different realtor. The OTHER realtor refused to have open houses, always giving some excuse why he wasn’t available or why he didn’t believe in them, had little to no communication with me, unavailable for viewings and was extremely unprofessional in other ways as well. Unfortunately I was contractually tied to him for 6 months so I had to pull that property from the market. It was an expensive nightmare.I can’t even fully express how grateful I am to have found Devin and his group of professionals for the sale of this property. Their in depth knowledge, their communication, and their continuous effort was so appreciated. He and his group went so far above and beyond what I could have even hoped for, from the pricing to the marketing to the showings and even the constant communication.
