Frankly, I was worried that we, as sellers, were so difficult to deal with that Devin might just cancel the contract. Despite that, Devin and Reagan professionally navigated us through our challenges and, in the end, we sold at 6.4% over asking price. Devin and his team were truly exceptional as this is my third time working with Devin. I met him and his lovely wife at church more than 17 years ago. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in Aliso Viejo and I’m so thankful I did. Devin and his team were ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Even moving halfway around the world to Perth, Australia their attentiveness was unpretentious. Best experience ever with Reagan Doherty and the Doherty Real Estate Group! Our son, a recent graduate, relocated from Boston to south LA for work.
